I, Cher Goslett Strydom, qualified as a Yoga Instructor in 2010 and since then my life has been one exciting journey of self enquiry! To learn to love yourself and reconnect with the world both inside and around you is what we practice at InJoy Yoga SA. Our bodies are amazing tools that help us to heal and when we know how, we can move ahead with our lives in a more present way applying the knowledge of self discovery that we learn on our yoga mats.

HATHA AND VINYASA FLOW
These particular classes help build a strong core from which one can transition into new positions and movements. These practices are focused on control and precision, with a diversity of movements and modifications to suit a wide range of levels from beginner to advanced. With these classes, you will learn and practice the tools needed to lead a healthy and fit lifestyle, while also remaining mindful in every act you perform.
JOURNEY THROUGH DANCE
A beautiful healing modality. We dance freely together. We tune into our own healing rhythm. We set an intention. We move, we breathe, we heal. A great release, a great expression, a great experience!

A workshop. Either online or at the studio to explain the movements and breathing techniques that you will need to practice for that particular week.
