I qualified as a Yoga Instructor in 2010, a Massage Therapist in 2015 and a Journey Through Dance Teacher in 2020. My life has been a conscious journey of self enquiry and discovery! At InJoy YogaSA, we embrace the benefits of breathing and movement. Together they can help calm the busy mind and bring us into a present moment state of being, where we can embrace life more fully, joyfully and with more gratitude. Dancing, practicing yoga and massage treatments are all healing modalities that move us out of the sympathetic (stress) state into the parasympathetic (relaxed) state, where healing takes place.

Classes are offered at two different venues along the East Coast of East London, SA. Classes are also available online. Private classes are available in a studio space, online or on the beach (weather dependent).
HATHA AND VINYASA FLOW
These particular classes help build a strong core from which one can transition into new positions and movements. These practices are focused on control and precision, with a diversity of movements and modifications to suit a wide range of levels from beginner to advanced. With these classes, you will learn and practice the tools needed to lead a healthy and fit lifestyle, while also remaining mindful in every act you perform.

JOURNEY THROUGH DANCE
A guided meditation and beautiful healing modality. We dance freely together. We tune into our own healing rhythm. We set an intention. We move, we breathe, we heal. A great release, a great expression, a great experience!
Saturdays 9am to 10.30am studio tbc
